According to adwords ad placement rules its not allowed to use '!' (exclamation mark) in your ads.

If so that what is that? (screenshot of russian adword ads from russian forum)

You are allowed to use one - though I think possibly not in the first line

You can use one in the ad text just not in the title or display URL.

I don't mean to sound like an a$$ here but the answer to this question can be found in the official documentation, FAQ and learning center.

    http://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/adwords/learningcenter/18929.html

It still amazes me that people would spend time posting on a forum and waiting on a reply to a question they could get answered by using the search engine they are asking about.

It amazes me even more that someone would post a screenshot in Russian and expect an english speaking forum to nod and say "yeah that's stupid".

As Cianuro said, you can have one exclamation mark, but it's not allowed in the title.

Also, it seems to be checked manually, as I've accidentally had two in the past, and it's not been spotted for months... The same appears to be the same for capitalising whole words - occasionally, it seems to get through.
