    Description
    I am selling my established video game forum - Gears Of War Talk. It is located at http://www.GearsofWarTalk.com . Based on the super popular XBox 360 game: Gears of War. Reason for selling is I have too many websites to keep up at the moment.

    Site features:

    * includes forum software MyBB
    * SEO friendly links (similar to VBSEO)
    * Customized forum skin and icons
    * admin email
    * admin username
    * registered for 1 year
    * populated forum with about 247 posts, 44 threads, and 173 members
    * indexed in all major search engines
    * database ran on mysql
    * simple admin panel

    Site is hosted on a free server so after the sale of the site the domain name will be transfered (currently registered at 1and1) and the free shared hosting plan with all forum files and database will be transfered to the buyer. So the site will be up and running when bought and the buyer can transfer the files to his or her own hosting plan whenever it is convenient or keep the site on the free shared hosting plan (freehostia).

    Forum was active a little over a half a year ago and activity/traffic has dwindled down because I have not had time for the forum. Can easily be regenerated and advertisements can be added for a fixed income. The site can even be flipped for more value.

    the ebay starting bid is 9.99 and there is also a bin. no rev because no advertisements were ever put on it.i stopped giving the site attention months ago so traffic has dwindled down to maybe a couple uniques a day
