    Hello,

I just got a new idea.... How about giving a free domain name and web hosting to those who cant afford that??? And they have to share the revenue from the web site. what do you think???? Is this a good idea???? The idea is similar to this http://forumdrop.com/

    Not a new idea, either.

Squidoo.com for example, off the top of my head.

    A few things to consider:

Most sites are not well monetized, especially on free hosting. If you're serious about monetizing, you find the cash for hosting.
You will be legally responsible for what users do on your site.
Free hosting is everywhere, really. Why should we share revenue with you, when most sites only host ads and some don't even do that?
And how will you collect from your webmasters? If they monetize in various ways, how could you enforce a percentage of earnings. With adsense you could rotate in your channel ID. But again, your adsense account would be responsible for everyone's content.

Welcome to 10 years ago. A million sites like Angelfire and Geocities did that with forced ads on free hosting accounts.

its a good idea, but also someone who cant afford a domain or hosting could use moreniche's deal with anhosting (free domain and hosting for 3 months) one sale in 3 months is easy and with moreniche could pay for hosting for a full year check it out http://www.moreniche.com/store/hosting.html

or through my link :) MoreNiche

then email me if you need any help banking with moreniche :)

The idea is good but not something new as there are dozens of free webhosting sites out there that offer free webhosting and subdomains, not full domain names though. You can do so but it is getting a bit competitive even in a free market. My advice is give more goodies to those who sign up. You can even do a simple promotion in the Freebies section
