I am just wondering if VbSeo would be worth the price ( $150 ) Besides the Price, i hear it eats a lot of your resources so i am just wondering if i should buy it?

I'm running it on a VPS (only 512MB RAM) and it flies along with vbseo installed so there isn't a noticeable performance hit for me. Traffic wise I think it's definitely worth it.
Zoints doesn't do half the things that vbseo does. Afaik all zoints does is rewrite some of the URLs. I use vbseo on all my forums now, once you monetize the forums with adsense and get some good content then vbseo pays for itself (in some cases many times over).
The stock version of vBulletin is as good as it gets. DP is a prime example of this... Using vBseo doesn't mean your rankings go up. It all depends on the content, your niche, and the quality of backlinks. vBseo may seem worth it to some though.
No it's not. Almost every script can be improved SEO-wise, from vb to wordpress. The reason DP ranks so well is because it's overflowing with unique content and has a ton of backlinks, not because vb is as good as it can be. And undoubtedly, having keywords in your url does help SEO, whether you use zoints or vbseo.
You should primarily lose "noise" or duplicate content pages. The pages you want to remain indexed will be 301 redirected to the new locations.
