Now you have your lists ready, look for some free hosting sites and register using your selected subdomain. Invest in domain if you want a unique page. Most provider have free website builder so build your page. The content of your page is your SEO services. Monetize your site with adsense and other related affiliates applicable to you. Write some articles about your SEO services and submit these articles to directories. You may also submit your site to all forums, directories, and article directories you have joined. Now you have all the lists of needed resources, you can offer your service to anyone.... Have you seen on these forums how many people think they're going to start their own SEO service?
