Where to find content written by europeans/africans/asians?

I'm after content from people who live in countries other than the US or UK, but I have no idea how to go about this. Right now I need content written by Czech or Slovakian writers (in english) but the few ads I've put on several forums haven't yielded any responses.

Any suggestions please? Pretty please?

Wow, no it's nothing to do with price. I'm looking for content and articles on cooking around the world, and I want genuine views and recipes. So if I want Czech cooking articles, who better than a someone who is czech? That's all.

Thanks to all who replied and pm'd, this is certainly going to be a tough one I think.

To those who don't understand what I'm after, let me explain a bit more. I live in the UK, yet when I see people on TV describing how 'british people' think or act I often wonder who the heck they are talking about. You wouldn't believe how much people here spend on getting veneers and white, straight teeth, yet the stereotype is still that everyone has really bad teeth here.

So that's why I want articles and recipes from people who actually live in the areas I'm interested in. I'm sure that if I'm feeling misrepresented then pretty much everyone else must do too, no matter where they live.

What kind of articles are you looking for???
You can find writers from african/asian background here in DP that live in the UK or in the West. It does not make them any less african or asian.
