Daily link site - custom coded w admin panel

Hey!
I’m looking to sell:
www.JoshLinks.com which is a daily link site.
It's a PR 3

It's all custom coded with a really easy admin backend to add the daily links and it got a really good looking design. It also allows visitors to send in links as well then the admin just approve it in the admin area.

Haven’t updated in some time because I don’t have the time..

Traffic: Gets around 500 unique visitors per month.
Revenue is not much to mention. But during the daily updates it made some money both from adsense and azoogle ads on the daily links.

I’m taking offers from $200 if I don’t get any offers above that I will keep it and start to update it once again when I got more time (It usually take around 15 mins per day to update). I will also provide the owner with info where to get the daily links from. It has a lot of potential for the right owner. I'm selling this site mostly beacuse I need money for a new project.

I will give the owner full access to the hosting after the payment and he can choose to keep it hosted there or move it to your own server.

I know you're looking to sell the site as a whole. I just like everyone else want to put in a backup offer for the script alone.

That's just in case you don't sell the site or don't sell it with full rights to teh script.

To be honest with you it's a nice script and you could make a lot more than $250 if you sold it for $30 to $50 a pop.

Can you post traffic stats?

Also, how much do you make with this site? Adsense revenue screenshot? (with appropriate things blacked out, of course.)

How often do you get people posting their own links?
