In the above site, I would recommend having the "best deals" as your default tab. If readers can see a shop and a price immediately without clicking anything they'll be much more likely to click the link.
I have 3 sites I am trying it on, I have only just started using it myself. World Of Warcraft Guides Huxley SEO Blog I think the ads look very nice in the header of the blogs, very slick indeed I say.
http://www.googlepirate.com/ Chitika ads only show up when you try to search for something. Makes more than my usual adsense site. I'm not entirely sure why.
i see, but i dont like the fact that the pictures of the tv's dont change automatically or you can view multiple ones
Frychiko - thanks for the tip. I've been trying to change that default tab forever. I use a WP chitika plug in so i can't go an manually change the code at this point. I contact chitika support and supposedly one of their developers is editing the plug in for me. Its been awhile though....
i wudnt assume, many sites look attractive and dont many anything, vice versa...thats why im very curious to the revenue range for this site
Pretty well. I don't earn anything big, because the site is still quite small. eCPM is some where between 0.4$ to 0.75$
Here is how I am using them.. http://www.ejaan.com its on the bottom of the website, since its a forum, when someone needs to make a reply / or new topic.. its always right on their face + not replies are on bottom so they have to scroll to bottom alot and more exposure on their face. Conversation isn't bad at all.. as expected.
here's mine at www themegears . com i put it on the right sidebar and on after every post. people might interested with it
I have just added chitika to my iPod Speakers Review site it has done pretty well but I need more time to know for sure. You can see them in action on this Logitech Pure-Fi Review All comments are welcome!
