Well, I always use real information besides we are talking about dealing with money here and if I am not honest about who I am, how could I expect Paypal or the people I am dealing with to trust me ? Besides it would be totally against Paypal's agreement to use fake information and you will find yourself in deep trouble when you are found out.
I use my real info. Majority people who use fake info are doing it because they don't want to be tracked...
I can't see a legitimate reason for setting up a fake paypal account. If I need it for testing purposes, then I just use PayPal sandbox.
My country is in PayPal list but still i use fake info because some shit People send hacked $ and then PayPal limits account and ask to Pay $ my friend got calls in every 30 min so i decided to use fake info even if i want to withdraw money i do it using xoom

That's because there isn't a legit reason. haha. It's a shame there are some people who think there is one. Well here's my two cents coming from someone that has some sense. There truly isn't a legit reason to set up a fake PayPal account. I understand the fraud that occurs and the limitations but to do so deliberately and act like one is justified in their action is to say it's okay to commit any other crime if you can find something you think is a justifiable cause to act in a certain way. Providing false information is fraud. Simple as that. And not only that but why would you want to risk losing your money like that?! I mean you're literally handing your money over to PayPal because once they freeze your account -- you won't see a dime of that money. It's like you provide false information to GET money but at the same time increasing your chances tremendously of never seeing that money at all due to how you went about getting it to begin with. Just stupid if you ask me. If money means that much to you and if integrity and legitimacy means anything to you, then why not find an alternative to do business via PayPal that doesn't jeopardize integrity or your funds? It MIGHT cost you something but at least you aren't committing fraud in the process and will remain someone that consumers can trust. Know what I mean?! I am in complete agreement with Eddy on this one. Well put! Kudos.
You have cooked everything right to get yourself banned from Paypal if they catch you and its a matter of time you will be traced. The rule is you can have one Business or Premeier account and one Personal account. Since my Paypal account processes large volumes of transaction per month I had to fax some utility bills etc for more verification. So no question arises of anything fake there in. Unimaginable actually.
Of course, it's real! I wouldn't risk to lose my Paypal account by providing false ID or something like this.
You would have to be stupid to use PayPal with fake information, the risk of getting your money freezed is high even with right information, but with fake info you will sooner or later lose your money.

My Paypal account is too important to what I do to be a fake. I need to have some sort of recourse if something goes wrong, and that's a lot harder to do when you use fake information about yourself.
