I have been using Clickbank for a while now without any problems and have never really checked out CJ. Can anyone tell me how CJ compares with Clickbank.Id like to hear all the pros and cons.Is there a great deal of difference between the two, if so ,what.
    Thanx

Clickbank = lots of downloads, ebooks, and scammy products. Not very reputable.

CJ = many advertisers with name recognition, both virtual & physical products, no scammy products.

We have used both cj and clickbank. Personally, I like the cj better. There is less hassle to it and much cleaner as well.

It is easier to sell "tangible" products. I make a TON with CJ... BUT

You make a higher commission on ClickBank.....SOLUTION

    do both!

I use both. CJ works way better for me. It takes a certain type of site to do well with ClickBank products, because you really have to sell an electronic product. In other words, you can't just put up a ClickBank link on an otherwise ordinary page and hope that people will see the link, click on it, and buy. You need to actively promote the ClickBank products and "pre-sell" the visitor before they ever click through to the CB link.

Looks like we all like CJ here - what a surprise :)
Post the same question in the ClickBank forum for an alternative view :p

I'm using CB on a few sites and have seen only a fraction of the 'action' I'm getting from CJ.

I also use both but same as the guys advised you before imho CJ beats CB by a long shot.
For me mainly the quality and nature of the products offered makes the biggest difference.

I kinda get a dirty 'ebook' feeling from ClickBank... I want it to work, and I know there's lots of good products there - but I often get the feeling that I'm pushing a product that's "not quite right"

exactly. most of the time when we think clickbank in our heads, the automatic brain translation is "ebooks" or "get rich schemes"

You can find decent products on Clickbank, but you have to search really hard!

Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Clickbank caters only for commission per sale CJ does lead generation as well. Clickbank is only electronic e-books, CJ is physical and electronic products.

I prefer CJ. I like that some publishers pay per lead. I've made more on CJ than ClickBank, so it's an obvious favorite here.
