Google and Text Link Ads

Hi,

Have you tried www.Text-Link-Ads.com? Should we use that? Read this post http://labnol.blogspot.com/2007/08/google-bans-pr-7-website-for-selling.html anyone tried using that? Are you getting good traffic? Actually I never tried that and dont know even its working but will that affect my ranking as said in the article...

In that post... Google banned the site for showing ads but what if I am the advertiser will google penalize me if I buy Text Link Ads.???

And it seems google does not like Text Link Ads.. Google Search "Text Link Ads" and "Text-Link-Ads" with and without quotes www.Text-Link-Ads.com is not in top results... Google Hates www.Text-Link-Ads.com.

 

If you have adsense ads on your site i would not use textlink ads.

 

happened to my site too

 

I am using them for the past 2 month, my backlink watch looks great since 2 weeks ago, i bough 3 links from them and each on about 1000 pages... I still dont know if google likes it or not, no SERP improvment yet.

I sure hope i wont get banned !!

 

I was told that few of the Adsense publishers were kicked out of google adsense due to their uasage of Text link ads. Now I heard some where in this forum only- Text link ads are using no-follow tags. I dun know. But I am getting 450 per month from TL ads from my dog site (edogadvice.com)

google does not tla site and its products.

i suggest you to become very careful , if you are going to use their service

 

Ok then how can I get some immediate traffic other than PPC? It must be highly targetted... and its good if it have fixed rate....

Aaron one more question... Should I delicious to bookmark links from my blog??? Is that what you meant to drive traffic??? Actually I have bookmarked an external link check out http://www.minterest.com/delicious/ but then wondered how to generate traffic to my blog... so i must book mark each article from my blog????

 

I use textlinkads on 2 of my sites for about 4 month now and I made good experiences.
Both Adsense and textlinksads are on the same pages.

They only accept sites with a PR of 4 and more.
