OPINION: Social Bookmarking for SEO & Google Ranking

    I read a report how to use Social bookmarking site to gain good Google rankings. And I’d started already. But I need some clarifications:


    1. It is advisable to add all the pages on my site to few social bookmark sites in one day? My site currently has about 85 pages. And I’m planning to add 8-10 pages to different social bookmarking site within a day.

    2. Do you think this approach is advisable?

    3. What do you advise I do to add all pages to social bookmarking sites?

    I believe that it is essential to have your inner pages in Socials!! I do however think that you should NOT place them ALL in the SAME socail site!! I suggest no more than 2-3 per site and defiantely make sure that the titles and descriptions are all different!!

    If I could suggest my far right Sig for a start?? Very Strong!!

    AS far as i am concerned, social bookmarking will not give much boost to your serps, it can definitely bring in traffic, to add with it, adsense is not much happy about traffic coming from social bookmarking as they do not convert for their adwords customers, so be careful while submitting to bookmarks services, be discreet and sprinkle the bookmarking over a long period of time, do not scramble, it in anyways is not going to help your serps, only the visibility of your site increases

    Dont put all your pages on social bookmark sites. Not point in wasting time. Not everything is good enough to get attention from the users of those sites.

    Well I agree with one thing, don't blast them all in one time!!

    As far as you believing that they do not help you in the serps, you are really WRONG!!

    Please do yourself a favor and try them, they really help!!

    Just trying to help!! I have done so so much testing and they are one of the keys to the new goog guidelines having people managed performance and MSN just LOVES them!!!! :D

    No I did not mean to add all my pages in one social at once. I know that that will be dangerous. But what if I have about 25 pages in one day to about 2-3 social sites?

    I mean 10 pages to 1 social site, another 10 pages to a different social site and another 5 pages to different social site.

    Is this plan okay?
