    Yes, I think there should be no problem. I am running VCC biz and my customer usually get verified just by adding VCC (Except US, UK, CAD and AUS)

    Yes, their service is okay but expensive. You can easily open an account with www.wirecard.com. It is a virtual Mastercard account issued by a German bank, 100% trustable. You can load the account by bank wire, direct deposit, your real credit card or account-to-account-transfer. It is available to almost any country, for free. All you need is a mobile number to recieve an activation code. Thats it. If you can´t provide a mobile number I can give this to you for a little fee.
