Do some commission work. I had a commission job when I was 16, making $250 a sale, and making 7 or 8 sales a month. You can pretty much sell anything these days.
You can write articles at Triond.com for free, and they'll pay you to host the articles, giving you 50% of the AdSense articles they bring in. The great thing about this site, is it's already established, so you don't have to spend too much time promoting it. However, all traffic you can drive to view your articles helps, so using social sites like StumbleUpon or Digg will help your results greatly.
