Well, my first recommendation would be to read some English books based on the thread title. I don't typically have a problem sleeping, if I do, I try to use that time to work on web stuff or watch TV.
That an some music is good. I've broken my elbow today, so im doin 1 hand typing. when its healed, ill give you some good tips and advice on falling asleep better naturally.
Well..........I pray for others, my business etc. After about 20 min, I am asleep for the rest of the night.
i would just keep thinking something or the other, give my brain some treat, but i would lie on the bed.
I open my windows and count stars lol.. well just kidding not stars I look for UFO's . Just incase the SETI people miss it lol.. ..:: peace ::.. Jeba
