How do I email Google to request accoutn back?

I got banned for invalid clicks. A lot of people say email Google but no one posts what's Google's email for their Adsense division. Could someone provide this to me? Also in an apology letter...if I can't control the invalid clicks, how can I say I am not going to do it again?

I guess I also need help outlining what to say in the apology letter.

Unless you have proof or your extremely lucky then there is little chance of getting your account back

I think someone was deliberately trying to bring me down because my site was hacked too following the adsense ban... I emailed Google with my bandwidth charts because it spiked to 8Mbps whereas usually its under 1Mbps but they haven't responded yet.

Adbrite has been doing pretty well for me though..
