Well, the site is fairly clean and the colors are good, but that big blank spot on the top of the fold needs to go bye bye. I agree with MCSneato "Why don't you list a little bit of info about shayaris? Give some background info." cause I have no clue what that is... maybe you could fill that blank spot with that info. I assume by looking at it that they are some type of poem, but I am not too sure. More content is the key. People want to know what they are looking at. -Nick

logo looks strange, also color used in the design dont quite suit up with the site concept. try have some smooth colors , as users read text more in such sites.

Yes you are right these are small poems or couplets. The language used is a mix of Hindi and Urdu. These couplets are really famous in countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, etc. Xtreme - you can now write these couplets or shayaris in Hindi itself. There are so many editors provided by different service providers like google provides a transliteration tool to convert whatever you write in english to hindi. You can find out some of these tools and consider writing the couplets in hindi. I saw some white space in the top fold on your site. You can utilise this space for something interesting.
Besides this couplets can have different colors in them like love, affection, hatred, patriotism, anger, etc., etc. There have been big authors or writers of these couplets like Mirza Ghalib, etc., etc.
