    I have registered Digitalpoint.in:D. Shall i sell it after few years or shall i start a discussion community for Indian webmasters ?;)

    Any suggestions ?

    Instead of webmaster forum, i think it is a good idea to start a review site on various digital products in Indian market.

    don't think digitalpoint is a trademark. Since you purchased the domain even if they were to trademark it now the domain was registered before the trademark was so you'd be in clear water (from what I know).

    Not a trademark but it wouldn't be very nice to start a site similar to Digitalpoint using a similar name.. that's stealing somebody elses idea..

    I suggest not to start something similar to DP, it won't be fair. AFAIK, there is no trademark issue with the name.. If you grabbed the name for good purpose, there won't be any problems..
