Why is my subpage showing a PR 6?

hey guys, my website InterviewsWith.com is only just new, and is showing a PR0

but one of my subpages in the google toolbar is showing a PR6!

It has to be a mistake doesn't it?

 

Yes it is, these get posted all the time. The toolbar glitches and shows the PR of the URL you were on last (probably DP).

 

thats weird though.. cause even if i open a new window in firefox, then browse to it, it still shows a PR 6

if the PR show 6 on the toolbar , it is a mistake of toolbar. i think you can use this page http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php or any other tool to
check it again, i tried many times, your page is PR0

Sometimes errors like this happen, one of mine showed PR5 from a PR2 site

Nopes ! Its not a PR6. Maybe some glitch at your end cos tools show that its Pr0

Wooops, boring thread.......

 

I have the same issue. One of my site have pr0 but the sub directory folder have pr5. The sub directory folder is for demo purposes and i lock the permission level using htaccess. How come the sub directory folder have pr5? I'm using firefox with search status add on and i did clear cookies, cache, authenticated sessions and the result is the same, pr5.

same thing happened to me .

 

when i looked at it, it is a grey bar

 

I also Show grey bar on that page.

 

The most important is the home page. I never really pay attention to the other pages.

 

Any PR has not yet assigned. May be some cache problem.
