I just wrote an article in which I show a method that seems to give you PR8 linkjuice from Google themselves. It's not 100% sure if this works and I'd appreciate your thoughts on this. Here's the article.
If you're not logged in it probably still uses cookies so the page generated (with the blog you added) is specific for one user/computer.. So no this will not pass any PR to your site (imo). Aeneas.
you do not need to logon but it's still targeted to one user using cookies ie I get a default page and do not see any links you have added - so the googlebot will also not see them
You will not get any value of those links because its only showing to the user who create the links using cookies on his/her local machine so Google bot wont see the links and wont pass any value.
