    Content is all unique besides the couple of paragraphs on the home page taken directly from wikipedia. The design and coding was done by myself using XHTML and CSS, the site is built using PHP includes to include adsense, nav, header and footer so site updates are simple.

    The domain is registered at goDaddy so free push to goDaddy accounts.

    The site has no revenue or traffic to speak of as i've done no promotion or link building for it. Selling as I need some cash to buy a phpLD script.

    Payment to be made via Paypal.

    I designed/coded the template myself - I used to sell similar templates for between $30-50 but the markets dried up as I sold this one with content for $15 :(
