which way should i use to cashout my money

hello i need to know that how can i cash my money in my paypal to my account

i m currently in country which is not supported by paypal for sending and receiving money but i need to receive payment form my paypal.so is there anyone who can help me in it..or can guide me through the steps which i should take in order to receive payment in my bank account

 

There is no way u can transfer funds from ur PP to ur bank account as u r from non supported paypal country.

Try to build some reputation here and then u can exchange ur currency with reputed members here.

 

Have you tried using a service such as Xoom.com? I have friends who are not able to accept funds via PayPal as their country are not supported by PayPal but are able to by using Xoom.com.

You can try VMI card to cash out your fund. I have confirmed with many & they are still using VMI without any problem with PayPal. I think xoom will not help in your case still you can give a try. BTW you are from which country ?

What I have heard is, XOOM always tracks the IP of your country while doing transfer. Now if you are in country not supported by PayPal they will never authorize that transaction for security measure. Still I am not sure if this is always true or not. But I have a personal experience with them for this kind of problem. One buyer from France had sent me some fund using xoom from her verified 2 years old PayPal, but while sending the fund she was in Singapore so xoom has canceled her transaction for security measure. However after talking with their customer care support & explaining the situation, she could send it again successfully. So IP does matter here. One more thing if your country is not supported by PayPal mostly it is also not supported by xoom.

 

They measure this security step when you are transacting more then 100$. Till 100$ they wont do any steps like that. But if its more than 100$ then they will call the xoom account owner and verify whether the transaction is legitimate or not. And also they will call the paypal account holder (Using the phone number listed in paypal) to verify it from that side too. If both side please them then they will complete the transaction. But most of the cases they dont feel enough interest to complete them

 

Ohh well, This is something new I am reading. I have received many xoom Payments & almost 9 of them were above $500, xoom has never called me nor the opposite party ever. Has this been ever experienced by others ?
