Video Sharing Site + Highly modded script SPIKED.US Highly Brandable!

Im selling my highly modded ClipShare script, domain and license. I brought the script as an experiment and later purchased the domain off of somebody that was selling it.

The domain is highly brandable & desirable - www.Spiked.us . I've had numerous offers for this domain name in the x,xxx region, but declined to sell as i wanted to sell the domain + site as a package.

The license is a PRO license and was purchased 4 months ago - it still has 8 months remaining for PRO upgrades / updates. The license was purchased for $200 (thats how much it costs). A new clipshare version is releasing soon with tons more features and you will be able to claim this for free.

The script as you can see is a modded version of something called 'The Darkside Template'. It has free upgrades attached to it which you can claim when then new Clipshare v3.0 releases in a couple of weeks. It boasts alot of features, the main one being The Youtube Indexer. This is a highly sort after mod which lets users submit a youtube video URL which gets indexed in our system and the video gets played through our flv player! This is an amazing mod which will boost your site traffic ALOT. I purchased the mod for $300.

Another mod is the show referrers mod, this shows what sites link into the video at the bottom of the page (includes google search URL's)

I also have the adult verification mod but never got around to installing it due to no time, this means you can upload adult videos which asks for confirmation and displays an '18+' thumbnail for the video. This mod will be included in the sale if you want it.

The site is hosted on a dedicated box which costs $90 from a highly reputable company - gnax.net. It comes with 120gb HD and 2000gb Bandwidth 1gb ram.

If you want to move to a diff dedicated box then you will have to make a complete server backup because the Youtube Mod took around 3hours to configure and install (I have no idea what modules were installed to make it work)

You're probably wondering why im selling it? I dont have time anymore, you can tell the site has been neglected since i started full time work - I literally have 0 time. It used to get around 900 hits a day when i updated it regularly, now it has slumped to 120.

I never advertised the site, traffic came mainly from advertising on youtube vids, and word of mouth that spread on forums because some of the videos are unique and caused quite a stir.

Before i moved hosts the site was making $10 a day through google ads (sorry i dont have proof you'll just have to take my word) it now makes around $1.

Please note - out of 173 videos 10 videos will be removed because of a signed agreement between me and third party (don't worry they're not any of the popular unique vids that caused a stir)
