I was wondering where I can find a list of all available type of deep links mods.

I did do a search and found various types but don't know which ones are exactly free and which ones are paid?

    Suggestions ?

If you dig threw the threads you will find your answer...

If you dont want search then Pay (an0n) and get it installed
with support or contact (mumadi) and get his codes if phpld

Or pay $35 bucks and get with ... PHPlynx from the gate (See: phoenix)

    thx

    Hi,

Did not know about PHPLynx as I already installed PHPLD.

I'm not too technical, just more of a designer so I would want the mod to come with support. How much if I was to contact an0n? How do I reach him? And where do I contact mumadi?

LeopardAt1 has a good payment system including deeplinks and many other powerful features as well.

Just installed it on www.eonte.com & www.linksfactory.net. You can check it out.

I'm confused. Is this the same anon person that people are talking about here?

    directory-owners.com/general/3825-why-do-people-waste.html

I don't mind the $100, but reading that makes me a bit iffy.

I also tried the rakcha blog but is also a bit difficult for me. Anyone willing to help me install for a fee? PM me if so!

    Just to be clear.....

NO. They are not "all" phpLynx owners trying to sway anyone. Read the entire thread. There are also other directory script owners (1) stating they use the free version from rakcha blog (2) owners stating they made a mistake buying the paid mod from an0n and (3) Leopard1's comments about his mod which is far and above both the free rakcha and paid an0n mods (4) phplynx owners stating the deeplinks are included in their script.

Hell...if your in no hurry...wait a bit and you might just be surprised and find deep links as part of the next release of phpLD if that's what you have your heart set on.

Sorry TOM wasnt anything personal and your right i only noticed "whom started the thread" and "where they where going with it"... nothing more
If you take note i also offered the script to him as i see nothing wrong with phplynx.

I agree if $100 bucks is nothing to you like some... then great go for it!

If you want to wait a month or two then get it for free... (if it happens) Great go for it!

Or if you want leopards then he might install his version for $50 Great go for it!

Or if you just want the free code from mumadi then hire someone to install it for you for???... great go for it!

In the end you have to decide whom or what you want to do...

    thx

If you are serious about your business you will choose solution that is the best for your needs. Paying $25 for phplynx or $125 for phpld+deeplinks is not really big difference if you are starting a project that is going to make you $500+ a month.

If you want to save every dollar you can always go with cheapest or free options but be sure it is not going to result in best solution.

If you like phpld with deeplinks just a little bit more than phplynx just go for it. Imagine you had a great night, spent $100 and got so drunk you can't even remember anything and be happy with your directory.

If you are not in hurry, I would suggest to wait sometime as there will more options available and very likely you will not have to pay for it.

Here is another one that has not been mentioned:

161 Deep Links with descriptions mod for phpLD V. 3.1+ (MadDog)

Didn't take it personal at all...so no worries Malcolm. :)

Just wanted to make sure the OP didn't get the wrong impression.

To the original poster: Since you are "searching" and appear to be looking at alternatives here are a few of the more:

IndexU (includes the capability to allow for deep links and contextual links as well) built in. nicecoder.com Great Free Support and if you have any indepth questions dodyrw here on DP or on D-O can square you away. If you like what you see...PM me or dodyrw here or on directory-owners.com and we'll provide you a coupon for 50% off.

qlWebdirectory - qlweb.com it has deeplinks too. They have several versions so keep an eye on which one includes what.

As Malcolm pointed out...phplynx does have deep links built into it as well. PM pheonix (everyone's favorite Lynx sales agent) here and he/she can get you a special coupon for purchase @$35

Good luck with whichever one you decide on. There's plenty of folks around here on the forums that can help you out with most all of them. phpLD is the most prevalent and favored of all the scripts though and as I said....if your already set on it...be a bit patient and you might just see deep links in the upcoming version.
