well i refuse to give u a refund either u get your account from him or but i'm going to get my own personal server soon and might give u an account on it if you don't take up much room.

Selling to shoutserv.. you realize if they screw it over and give unlimitedhoster a bad name with they WILL 100% then it all falls down on you..

I bet within 2 weeks you will have at least 10 paypal disputes open.. paypal will freeze your account give back the money to everyone then go after you for the funds if it wasnt already in your account.

Say bye to that $90.. You should give rbyrd a refund since he waited ages for you to setup an account and you refused.. Then you go off sell the company and they are refusing to setup his account that is BS. Don't make yourself look like even more of an ass.

not money from last month for this month only.

It takes 8 days! for them to get back to you via support ticket feature.
Also, very very frequent downtimes.. sometimes more than 24 hours!

 

If that happens i will sue paypal as tangible goods should not be refunded.

I got NOTHING tangible from this...
YOU TOOK MY MONEY knowing you were selling out.
You also led people to believe it was YOUR hardware.
Obviously, for $90 there was NOTHING tangible sold here!
I HAVE filed a complaint with Paypal.
YOU need to get your money back from the jerk you sold the business to and make sure I get mine back!
By the way people, his paypal username isn't Chris Blood, it's Chris Carr. Just so you stay away from any transactions from this shady character.

Your order was submitted/paid on Aug 8th 2007 and your account was terminated Aug 24th 2007. That doesn't look like 2 months to me, more like 16 days.

Your account was terminated as we do not allow free web hosting services, or any other free hosting service. You however failed to mention that. In addition to the no free hosting, one of your accounts was spamming. I honestly can't see any other host allowing an account with multiple violations within the first weeks of service to remain active.

We're not going to police your clients. This is one of the reasons why we do not allow free hosting services. The owners simply add account after account with little or no verification and we're stuck dealing with all the abuse complaints from our upstream. If you add an account via your reseller account, you are responsible for any and all actions.

As our terms of service clearly list, we do not release data nor issue refunds for accounts found in violation. Threating to sue for damages/profit loss doesn't really provide any motivation for us either.

Anyway, I wish you the best with your new hosting provider.

 

i think termination of the account is a bit much..

in my opionin the main host should terminate the resellers client at first then if it continues at all anymore then terminate the reseller him/herself

I have been emailing him at least once or twice a week for almost 5 weeks now. No answer at all.
I was going to file a complaint with Ebay and maybe get him banned.

Something we should all consider is contacting the State attorney general's office of their residence and make them check for a business license. Lack of one will also lead to IRS charges. Get our heads together and we can at least stop a few other people from getting scammed.
It's not too hard to track some of them down if they own their own domain. SOMETIMES they slip up and actually use their real name and address on the domain WHOIS. Unfortunately, this Chris Blood (carr) has already transfered his domain registration to Ash. But I will get my attorney to request previous registration info from the registrar. I may not ever see my $80 again but I'll sure as heck get $80 worth of enjoyment dogging his A$$.
