I agree, the site must have been removed from google indexed because I notice that the domain age is October 10, 2004

Pagerank got nothing to do with your indexing in google at all, You can have a pagerank value passed to your site url domain or inner pages with out being indexed in google.

well they are removed from the index but still exist on toolbar PR, which means nothing.

Daily PR changes and we dont notice that. Green Pr is only relevant for directory owners and link buyers and google is taking every effort to penalise that business

It's been jacked, take a unique string of text from their page such as this in the footer:

"Advertisers Center - Free Toolbar - Add to Bookmark - Company Information - UTN Blog"

Search it in Google with quotes, Result

Ipzap also attempted to pull the same stunt on my site, and this has been happening to many others. I'd advise everyone to deny their IP from your sites.

The pageranks shown on the toolbar are out of date. They are the pageranks from last April. The current real pageranks could be different. This site had PR6 in April, but now it could be different.

The Google directory has been updated few weeks back after two years.
Uncoverthenet is listed there and Google Directory is showing PR7 for this particular directory.
So is the case with another seemingly penalized directoru- ewebpages. Both uncoverthenet & ewebpages are listed as PR7 directories in Google itself. It is often believed that Google Directory shows the real PR of a site.

    Check it-

That's interesting information. But isn't it inconsistent for a PR7 site not to be in the SERPs? I think something is wrong somewhere. How do you explain it?

    I explained it already.

Pagerank is from April, you can't rely on the data.
