I have a crew of professional web designers (really good designs), php coders and quality content writers.

How to get max earnings from adsense with team like this.

I want to make about 20 sites (not shitty MFA), but unique content sites in: celebrity, gadgets, web designing niches

Maybe you have another ideas how to use potential of this team.
Please give me advice.. (this is to users with experience in adsense)

 

You say it well. Unique content sites will always be indexed
by Google. Just add targeted content (targeted to your
niche or subniche) on a regular basis.

You have to keep your individual websites within 1 theme or
you'll lower the chances of ranking high for a specific theme.
The best way to rank fast in Google is by choosing low
competition, low search keywords. Most of the time these
are longtails with at least 2 or 3 words. You can use the
FREE Wordtracker tool to know how many searches there
are for a specific keyword phrase.

'Web Design' is a good theme to go for. Literally thousands
of people are looking for information on 'web design' on a
daily basis. Grow your sites gradually and on a regular basis.

And most important: if your intention is to really help
people than you'll find(use) the right content. Give value to
the visitors, because that's what Google wants you to do.

Don't expect to make money from your sites overnight. It
will take some time, but once the revenue starts coming in,
it'll grow if you keep putting effort in it.

Also look at the top 10 competing sites to know what they
do to rank so high.

Is arcade, flash games, funny movies niche making good adsense income? Or it is not worth a time?

 

Like many people will advise here, write on things youa re knowldegable in so you will maintain interest in the sites.

Yes, you should try to focus on earnings from different sources siuch as PPC, afiliates, etc. Of course, it is possible to earn from diffeent sources on content sites; you don't need to have seperate affiliate sites to do that.

2. Or start offering our service on forum like this, making websites, php programming etc.

3. or maybe making new websites ready to making money, with some unique content, administration panel etc. and selling ready to make money websites here on forum.

seek, you can always do both, charge good money for contracts, but when biz is slow, work on your own projects.
