Her skin looks a little too much like it's plastic. I do like how you fattened up her right cheek, but you may have gone a little too far and made it look slightly saggy.

 

Personally i prefer the original since i prefer natural skin colours to photoshop ones. Although you have done a good job at transforming it.

 

I like the look, but you made her a little too white. She almost looks ghostly.

 

I've always wondered why women who do porn pictures have no pimples on their butts.

They know someone with photo shop.

BTW, that does look cool. You did lighten her up a bit though. But, can you give her red hair now?

I think if you darkened the skin just a tad, and the glasses more than just a tad (like, almost to the original photo) it'd look better. I think the dark glasses against pale skin would be a nice contrast.

Nicely done in Fireworks though!
