Hello Friends Right now I am working on this website www.800pbx.com I have finished all the Optimization like – On page Optimization, off page Optimization, Structure Optimization (Converted HTML to CSS & php and also Redesigned the website List of details what I have completed till now • I have submitted 6 articles in 200 articles directory ( all are PR 3 above) • Weekly 2 to 3 times updating blog • I have submitted 100 + ads in free classifieds website • Weekly 1 link submitted in 6 to 8 social bookmark website • Still I am working on reciprocal link exchange ( all ready 14 approved ) Please give me some suggestion how can I improve of back link in this website.
well, what you do now is very good...you can try also to submit your website to different directories ( not only article )
Content content content. Lots of it and of good quality. There is plenty of junk on the internet, make sure you're giving good content. Then the backlinks come naturally.

Be Creative. Try to provide users with something that brings them back to your webpage. You will automatically get back more links. I think Link backs and stuff are just a waste of time.
I agree with both comments. Pretend like SE's never existed, and create a site that would bring a visitor back through a direct link or bookmark. If your site is that sticky, it will attract links as well as visitors.
