pay pal help

    I was on the phone with one of their reps and they stated I dont need to have a credit card or bank account to open a pay pal account and recieve funds. I started selling on ebay and another site and said i can accept pay pal. Now I have a few payments waiting to be cashed. Well now its saying I have to get verified. I need this money, I am unable to get a bank account. Please can anyone help?

    I think it depends on the country you reside in (you must have furnished these details while registering to PayPal). For some countries, even to receive payments require verified user.
