Nice test - I scored an 82%, but I guessed on quite a few of the questions.

 

If you have been reading the blogs it's a very controversial test (in terms of some of the answers)

But that's the beauty of it as a piece of link-bait - they win both ways. If people love it they'll link to it - if they hate to it - they link to it so they can post "it totally sucks" blog-posts.

I can certainly admire them for it.

Omfg, I was at question 45 then accidently double clicked a link then clicked on one of their footer links so it quit the test.........

Did the test again and 71%.

75 questions to go through and you don't even know whether you are right or wrong up to the very end. What is it? a patience exercise?

Why don't you show right answers for each question and some explanations right after user makes a choice?

 

I did 76%. But guessed some questions like the one on market share for Ask (guessed it wrong, I said UK, thought it was a trick question ). The one about which SE uses someone else ads I checked MSN but I knew it was Ask, just didn't realized at the moment.

It would be nice if Rand could place how many points each question has.

I agree some questions are pretty grey when it comes to answering but most of them are very good and some are pretty hard. Overall I think it's a very good test.

And indeed it's a great linkbait.

 

I miss-read some of them like I thought the one about displaying ads said "which SE provides ads to another SE" but it actually said "which SE gets ads from another SE"...

Well I took it again and read the questions with more time, anyway I got 96%
