Gmail account diasbled 10-15 times

    Anyone else having problems with Gmail? My account has been disabled like 15 times the last three days. It stays disabled for ~30min, before it works like normal again. I've sent 6-7 mails asking what the problem is, but I have yet to receive an answer.

    I haven't done anything against their TOS either. Nothing unusual, but my account keeps getting disabled for "Unusual Usage".

    again :eek: every few days i see something like that
    my gmail never disabled or anything , do u hv duplicate gmail account? or may be do u send lots (1000+)of emails in one day

    No.. I'm not doing anything against their TOS. Probably sending 3-4 mails a week.

    Are you using the POP3 option? I know someone who keeps getting blocked after downloading mail using POP3.

    may be u have attached a very big file and use gmail as storage as an external hardrive using the firefox plugin (gspace)

    Haven't used pop3 before. No huge attachments either (max 5mb). Right now my account is disabled again :/

    I'm not sure.. The oldest mail in the archive is from December 05.

    Disabled for the fourth time today. Probably the tenth if I had checked my mail every hour. Anyone else with the same problem?

    I got this error mess in firefox "Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on." I never turned off cookies.

    Of course they didn't... They keep referring to their TOS, and say I might have done something against it - but I haven't.

    Contacting them obviously don't work, so I guess I'll have to get a new mail somewhere else..

    Good question.. Their support is apparently ignoring me, so I guess I'll have to find something else than gmail -.-
