YouTube Download Site [With Traffic]

I am selling a site which downloads videos for you from YouTube. I did not create the script although have modified it slightly and also created the template.

I have only just put Adsense on the site, so don't have any earnings details.
From the survey, I have so far earned $3.75 in 8 days (3 signups) and am sure that this will increase as traffic increases.

By bidding on this auction, you are bidding for:

    1. The script which powers this site
    2. The domain name ytgrab.com
    3. The rights to use the design on this domain only

Although only a week old, the site is slowly building up a following with the majority of traffic coming from a number of blogs.

I have pasted traffic log at:

    http://www.ytgrab.com/stats.gif

This auction will last until 9am EST on Wednesday at which point the highest offer will be taken.

    Starting bid: $30
    Increments: $10
    Reserve: Undecided (!)

Any questions, feel free to post below or PM me.

AdSense ads are not displayed. The code is intact in the page source but ads are not comming up. Probable reason what i feel (it has happened to me as well) is Google has banned the URL for adsense.

Correct me buddies if i am wrong.

    Thank You!

I see the Adsense being displayed.

I might be interested in purchasing this. As alexts asked, where is the traffic coming from so far? Have you advertised the site at all?

I see the ads without a problem. I have had a few clicks today also so I know they are working.

I did an initial campaign with StumbleUpon. The rest of the traffic is from word of mouth on blogs and forums. Am happy to give the buyer a list of the forums and blogs where I have got traffic from so far.

This sale has been closed due to an offer of a partnership for the site.
