    Yes submissions are still FREE on the above mentioned general directory.

    Remember to take note of the submission guidelines, specifically that descriptions must be between 300-600 characters!!!

    This template can also be downloaded to run on phpLD3.2.0 from HERE.

    Its a common problem in phpld. You only get a certain ammount of time to fill in the form before your session expires and gives you this error.
