I like the good clean, non-confusing design. It's not too busy like so many others I have seen.

n try centering the Google ad on top. its on the left now will look better centered

 

well , i didn't like the name of the domain , and i think the upload speed was low as well

I tried out the new site. Uploaded an image no problem. Image was quite large also. Checked the link and it looked good in what it displayed.

I think that the site could use a good logo. Just my suggestion.

That's a pretty nice design. I would add a drop shadow to the border of your layout for an easier and smoother transition to the background.
