I gave someone a negative itrader because they ignored my emails and delayed payment for a week. Now they have finally sent payment, and I would like to get the negative feedback reversed if possible. If any mods are reading this, please send me a private message.
I just sent an email to a mod to see if they can do it. If not, I will just refund the guy's money, and he will have to live with it. I warned him that I would send negative feedback if he didn't pay my money, and I gave him a week to do it. He left me with no choice.
You warned him and he didnt bother to answer you. Did you do anything wrong ? No. Did the guy deserve the red iTrader? Yes.
Here are the mods online: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showgroups.php You won't get the itrader reversed though.
Some people don't have to sell there body parts for you to be happy. Liquid cash is not easy to find sometimes. The guy paid back the money that is good enough.
And you can never buy if you dont have the money to pay. And if you cant pay you have to talk to the seller. Do you think that people should buy if they cant pay??? And it could be that the guy paid just because he got a red and then hoped to get it canceled.
Login it's the seller's problem then if he didn't get the money upfront. If the guy wanted to scam the seller, he wouldn't care about the negative point. The guy knows that Tesla will make a big deal about it, and he knew he had to pay the money sooner or later. But maybe something happened, and he wasn't able to get the money. It does happen, maybe you are living in a digital world here, but we are still humans.
I am sorry, but I think your logic is very strange. The way I see it is that you dont buy anything if you dont have money before you buy. You cant buy something and then start to collect money to pay. I think that it is a very very simple concept. I think that is the way it works in Lebanon too. In the case that the buyers money disappear after buying stuff the buyer have to tell that to the seller so the seller can understand. And yes, this is the digital world.
Login your not making sense, I mean that the buyer should accept money before he gives away the product.
Yes, true, that is absolute the best way and it should be the only way. But also, like in the case of the OP, the case we are discussing here; if it should happen that the seller sends the stuff before he have received the money, it is still the buyers obligation to pay at once if he says that he will pay at once. It is never the sellers responsibility that the buyer dont pay and it is always the buyer to blame if he dont pay. I dont think we can disagree in that.
