I need help sending payments to someone in Malaysia. Paypal doesn't allow it, Moneybookers doesn't allow it, Xoom.com doesn't allow it, and Western Union requires you to travel to an agent location to send money. Does anyone know of another service that allows money to be sent to Malaysia?

You could send it via egold. But the person you are sending it through has to sell the egold via exchangers.

Western Union and Bank account already the safest ways. but the alternative is send him a check and let him claim the money from the bank, but this way is too risky and cost more though.

Yeah, I decided to just use Western Union. I'm making the person I'm paying money to shoulder the fees. The Western Union is within walking distance from my home, so its pretty cool.
