I will use my cousin acc of course very carefully ...I was getting 15$ a day when banned because 4 years ago i had some account disabled for invalid clicks, after that i started on clear and now
yeh you wont get your account opened again. you will need to signup again with totally different details, and website.
if a person are banned from adsense, it's not allowed to join the network again. people can try to sign up again with different contact information but adsense bans that person again because of a relation to a banned account
First of all, I would first worry to fill in my sites with new ad programs (bidvertiser, kontera and azoogle ads, test them out to see which one works better). Then, just in case you open a new adsense account, don't even think of putting some adsense code again in your sites, because your account will get banned, for a third time, just create new sites, or forget about adsense.
you can not use the site that is making your $15.00 if you use that site with the new account, they will ban you again.
See: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=470892 For obvious reasons you were banned because of click fraud. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Once any person is banned from Google Adsense, it's not allowed to join the network again. so be careful guys.
