Ummm...to each their own...but this thread is about people who like rap and hip hop. We were not discussing the people in the industry so much as their music. Tupac lived a crazy life, but he didn't lie about it. Yes he died because of the lifestyle he chose but that does not make him any less sexy or his songs any less great. If you don't like hip hop or rap...why are you in this thread? You can always start your own for people who don't like it. But this is not the place.
The thing is, you only know what you see on MTV. These girls get paid by these bling bling rappers to be sexy. But none of that has actually to do with hip hop. Hip hop is not on MTV...
Damn str8 - and just because we listen to it doesn't mean we are any less of an individual for doing so or that our morals fly out the window. But the only reason his life was extremely glorified was because he was one of the best and told it like it was , not like most of the new comers in todays charts.... I listen to rap, no mainstream stuff, but no hip hop either. I am not smart enough to listen to Mos Def or Common and enjoy it. In my changer right now is Gucci Man's "Bird Flu", Swishahouse's "Rehab", Hell Rell's "Eat With Me Or Eat A Box Of Bullets", The Carter 3, Lil Wayne & The Game's "Blood Brother's" & DJ Screw.
