This is a E107 CMS.
All above skins are free of charge and can be found on www.e107themes.org .

All plugins are also free of chanrge and can be found at www.e107.org .

He even removed copyright from templates, but i don't think he should move it.

I never said that is my own portal. I charge only for installation, configuration, making banner image and editing the source code to make that fit for my client's needs.

You talked about the skin. Go and get that skin and install at your website. You cant display modules in center pane with the original skin. I have edited the skin so that it can include modules on center pane.

Also most of above features do not come with standard e107 script. I have gathered those from various places and add under standard design and admin control panel.

I also guide my clients on how to manage the website and assist them free of charge if they feel any difficulty in future.

I only charge $50 for all above services and believe that amount is very reasonable for work I provide (about 10-12 hours per website).

Also I have not breached the agreement by removing the bottom copyright. The option to change this text is even provided in admin panel.

 

I am going to stick up for moeen on this one . I actually do web design as part of my living and the site that moeen did for me at 50.00 was a great help to my busy schedule!

I will say that I appreciated the service and I think that he is a bargain for somebody who wants a site up quick without a Champagne budget!!
