What is a good pet to have?

Not really. A broken 40 gallon fish tank will do a lot of damage to the apartment and somebody has to pay for it. Even if the tank doesn't break, that's a lot of weight that will probably leave permanent marks on the carpet. And with cats, that smell doesn't go away when you move out. The carpets have to be shampooed at the least, and more likely need to be replaced.

 

cat is a good suggestion in my opinion.

 

Fish are great pets and they're nice to watch.

Get a wild cat like a lion or cougar or panther. You never will get broken into. And keeps the Mormons and Jehovah Witness's from your front door at 9am on a Sunday morning when trying to sleep in.

Seriously though, my favourite pets are dogs. They are social, friendly, ......but you need to feed them everyday and walk them at least 3 times a week or more. But make good mates and always give you unconditional love.

 

What about a pet monkey?

I didn't think of cat pee. I hate that so much. I am so confused right now. Too many issues and some people are now suggesting a monkey! hahah, what shall i call it - Bubble? lol

I actually love spiders and wouldn't mind a Tarantula but I live in Ireland and not so sure if they will survive in this weather.

Cat's are still my favourite but I'm afraid that my new landlord will not approve.

 

I'd go for dogs, or love birds.

BTW, I have fish, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 17 birds, and 5 rabbits at home.

Golden fish,you do not have to around much day and night.

 

yeah i would say fish if you dont want to do take care job that much. (only feed everyday and clean once a week) if you wanna get something to go out with, rabbit maybe good choice. it's small, cute, and also easy to take care. Gasby maybe good idea too. ^^

Get a hamster or 2 - just make sure its not a girl and a boy couse you gonna have a zoo in your house

No fish, no hamster. If you really want a playful animal go for a cat or dog.

 

I have a boston terrier and a cat.
The terrier is awesome!
