    I'm selling my 9 months old PR4 (19 Jan 2007) iPhone blog.
    The website is getting traffic since day one:

    The traffic is only natural.

    I have tested adsense there for the past 2 days and the results are as follow:
    for the first day of adsense there (around 18 real hours):
    $3.54
    the second (full 24hrs) day:
    $5.85

    Revenue is as follow:

    * ~ 40$/month from tla
    * ~ 25$/month from copeac
    * ~ 170$/month from adsense

    or around 230$/month


    There are 91 subscribers from feedburner.

    The asking price is 2300$ (10*month revenue), but is negotiable for serious buyers.

    Escrow is preferred.
