well my friend gave me this music domain a while ago for me to handle and try to sell the whole site for him but i couldn't find a buyer and when i finally did find a buyer i lost contact with him because i was inactive due to exams. the domain is music related .com and it is a year old - it'll expire in a few days and I wanted some opinion on if i should renew. My friend had a joomla site on it and a phpBB forum on it - the forum is no longer alive - his host crashed and he couldnt revive it anymore - but joomla homepage is there - i wont use that of course i want to set up a music blog with it and post music info and some other entertainment posts and videos from youtube and stuff. If you were my shoes, would you renew and set up something or let it expire? the domain is a PR3 by the way.
What is the domain name? If you think you can make it a better site than it is already then keep it as it is PR3.
i prefer not to release the domain name right now - the word music is in it tho and there really isnt a site right now - its an old joomla site with one news item from 10 months ago so anything would be better - i have about a week before it expires - its on namecheap so i'll have to get an extra $8 to renew lol thanks for responses
yes i did and was unsuccessful thanks for suggestion i tried three times on this site and more on other websites lol - got some interest but these people want to pay less than reg fee for a 1 yr old PR3 music domain - im not gonna do that
If you are interested in the topic renew it and turn it into something you will want to do, like a music blog you could post updates about the music industry and put ads up and make a little bit of money off it. Its really up to you! do you like the domain do you want to carry on with it?
well i just renewed it - it expires sept 2008 now lol - u can pm me if you'd like with an offer but i doubt i'll sell it for cheaper now - it has almost 4k backlinks i helped build up a few links back in the day
