setting up paypal with out a bank account or actual credit card

    I am desperate, I need to set up pay pal today. I just purchased a visa vanila gift card and it did not work, I need this set up today and I need to sell with pay pal. I will refuse to use a Bank Account or Credit Card and I am looking at pre paid cards. All I need is to get my account verified so I can use pay pal. Are there any ways I can activate my pay pal account? Please help.

    Im looking at Greendot "Thats what is at my local retail stores"
    Can I start using pay pal that day I get a greendot card?

    Or any other ideas? I need pay pal today, Thanks

    Yes i think so bc it is also a prepaid credit card

    Most of prepaid cards like greendot, vanilla, rushcard, netspend etc. don´t work for verification. Some of them work for payment but also not every of them. Depends on card. There is NO chance for you starting today because US PayPal needs verification through bank account. This process normally needs about 2-3 working days.

    I don't think he say he is from US. And if he mentioned somewhere then dude leave greendot. Buy vcc from sellers in dp or even ppl are selling prepaid US and UK bank accounts in this forum. You can contact them.

    I tried doing that and I'min Canada. Apparently to send any money to anyone you need to have a bank account or credit card attached.

    If you're in the US, it's fairly easy to open another bank account. Then, use that one specifically for paypal and not your personal bank account.

    The Prepaid Card does not provides any form of verifying your identity so since Paypal does not deal with you face to face, it is impossible to determine if you are who you say you are and that you are a legitimate person who is out to do nothing illegal.

    They will depend on your bank's credibility to verify your status. A prepaid card just defeats the purpose.

    Besides you will need a bank account in the end if you want to withdraw the funds you made through Paypal and they will keep your details confidential and not release them to the public. If you have nothing to hide then there is no shame in providing your details.

    Or do what Carlisle984573 said, go to a bank and open a brand new account. That should do the trick.

    Do everything above board and you be sure your world would not cave on you any time soon. If you have something to hide then they may deem your account to be suspicious which can lead to a lot of issues in the near future.
