    To tell you the truth i am in serious need of 25$. But im not looking for freebies. So im posting here to let u know that i can help you get high paying ads in adsense easily in 10mins. But im offering this for free as well.

    I am aware that this isnt much but this is all that i have. Like i said 25$ is extremely urgent.

    No, I pay when I have their names in my referral logs, which means they have to become approved TLA publisher/advertiser. The names appears about one week after they've been approved. I'm simply paying $15 and keeping $10 for myself of the $25 commission TLA gives for referring people to their service.

    it's pretty easy to have one site/blog approved by TLA, usually a PR3 will do.
