I do not promote the site and its updated only on whims (the rest is automatic). When I do update its only with quality content. I know this will go to PR6 at least if updated it everyday. Or you can just let it stay at PR4 and make money like I've been doing.

Revenue comes from the attached store. Sales are sporadic, but increasing. Products are searchable on google. I get a little bit of adsense, but I have kept ads out of the main content.

Just give me a really good offer on PM, otherwise I'm going to keep going, crush my competition, and never sell.
