    I took a MSHA coarse (mine safety) and the teacher was an ex-MSHA employee. Those photos were in the coarse and he told us there was a man in the dozer when it happend and DID survive. ..amazing. Also said something about him going home after that to clean his shorts.

    Crazy, did not know that there was an operator in the cab at the time. Think he got a little to close. Must has been an interesting ride up!
