as i know, adwords team really not friendly. they will suspend your ads before they tell the reason. No way to revoke their decision, except create new account.
but i dont know if you still use the same adsense acc they will banned you or not, anyone had this experience? create new adwords acc with different id but still use old adsense acc?

Chances are - you knew what you did was wrong, but things seemed to be ok when you were profiting from the wrongdoing.

Anyone have solutions? What VCC provider could be used with adwords?

once you're banned there is nothing you can do to reinstate your account. as far as i have heard, whether or not you can create another account is based on the credit card number that got banned. someone i know at a Fortune 100 company asked their google rep for me. it's credit card number...not IP detection, not name, not computer, etc...but take your risks wisely regardless. i would do anything and everything to avoid them detecting my new account if i were you. as andrew s grove stated, Only the paranoid survive.

BI companies always do such things .Its truth you have to swallow . You should knock google door very hard call them , email them everything you can do to know the reason and how you go against their policy .

No experience in this (obviously - we're as white hat as it gets :) ) but here's my opinion

Surely you can get back in pretty easily - suppose the main issue is going to be address details... easy enough to change card, they can't ban by name, and they can't really ban by ip address (but you could change your ISP), new URL - surely this has to work, no?

Depending on how important it is to you, you can try this.

Go to mailbox etc for another address. It works almost like a PO Box. Just use the word "Suite" instead of box.

Now go get a debit card from Walmart and use it. All you tracks are covered.

You can still get back to google adwords. Try to do the following:

    1. Read their terms of service and understand it first
    2. Sign up for google adwords under a different name using a different IP
    3. Use a different credit card
    4. Use a different affiliate link. Do not use the ones you have used before.

I think you should not find it difficult using a different affiliate link. Any domain redirection can still be traced because Google manually verify campaigns before approval.

by using a different affiliate link I understand that I need to create a new affiliate account, or is it OK to use another encrypted affiliate link? Cuz, I don't wanna leave my money in current account. I think there is no acount-to-account money transfer in clickbank, right?

Yes. Create another encrypted affiliate link. The most important thing is not letting Google trace whatever link back to you.
