Good point. It's almost a shame when you hear the idiot speaking in his younger days, he was fast, fluid and very articulate. Now he's just a bumbling fool. I'm not sure if it is the pressure of being told exactly what to do and say by people far more clever than him or whether he has quite genuinely lost the plot. village idiot you may have a point if this was the only time he has stumbled over words and generally forgot how to communicate, But this is an ongoing thing and has been for some time. If he has some kind of condition then he should get help for it, But you can't deny that he is an appalling speaker and does come across as being a bit retarded.
