Ok let me say this again, seems we have newbies posting like whores to get money with no reputation on this forum.

    --------------------------------------------------------------

To be honest, renting is great don't get me wrong but only rent from trusting DP members with more than 2 or 3 rep blobs which are located on the right side of their post or in their profile.

Also recommended to members who have quality posting, such as good support posts, and good posting in general that people have agreed to and not had any issues with. In my view, someone with over 500+ post count is the best way to start, shows they have a good line of posts with quality in them (let's hope)

Review, and make sure you're getting the right person.

    Best of luck!

    excellent reply Steve Myers...

i was just going to ask something very similar.. i wanted to know basically 2 things..

if i wanted to buy a sig what should i look for... some who posts at least X number a day?

and if i wanted to sell sigs.. when is best to begin and sell? should i wait until i have 500+post, or be here over a year.. should i try to post at least 10 times per day so my sig would have a higher value?

    Thank you fab :)

Just an addon, buy from someone who has less than 4 links in their sig, it's very likely you might get a click if there is more than 4.

For your first question, buy from someone who makes more than 15-25 posts a day (this is not considered a flood) only if they're not quality posts then it's considered forum flooding with useless crap.

Secondly, wait until you reach 400-500 posts, this shows the members that you have a good amount of backlinks on the forums because of the amount of posts you have made on DP. Next you want to be here for a good 6+ months before you really start to offer services like this.

(Just making sure you have a good rep before you do this) :)

Post support feedback to help members at first, let people know you exist on the forum. People like to see quality posters because they can rely on you the most for the best feedback, VERY important to DP and yourself.

    Hope this helps :D

LOL. With only 5 posts, I don't think you can even have signatures, let alone $30 a month.

Exactly. It will depend on your niche and what you are trying to sell. Its all about the Click-throughs.

Yes it is, and remember, its 0.01 per post per month. Don't expect to pay $5 for a year long link.

I don't think it is worth it to sell a link in your sig.

I've made a lot of money through signatures. Definitely worth it.

People normal sell and purchase sig links in the Buy, Sell or Trade sections of this forums.

Personally I have found purchasing links from a member that has a large number of posts is a waste of time. The reasons for this is you will not get backlinks for them all or traffic from all of them posts. This is because this forums is big and Google and the other major search engines only crawl and index a certain deepness into a site normally. This means that the older threads tend to get de-indexed from the search engines or I think they do anyway or they go into the supplemental results.
